The digital economy transactions team at Ashurst advises an impressive roster of blue-chip clients on a range of domestic and cross-border work, encompassing M&A, product rollout, and financing deals. Nick Elverston co-heads the team and advises on the roll-out of new services, network shares, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals, as well as providing the sector input on financings and disputes.
