Brabners LLP‘s technology sector group works across a number of key areas, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters for a diverse roster of national clients. The IP and tech sector practice is headed up by Liverpol-based Colin Bell, an experienced partner whose capabilities span commercial contracts, data protection, and brand management issues. Also based in Liverpool, Paul Lunt heads up the firm's commercial litigation team in the region, where he specialises in media and sports sector disputes.
