Moore Barlow’s Richmond-based clinical negligence team operates as part of the firm’s wider national offering, with expertise in brain injury cases including cerebral palsy and autoimmune encephalitis – an area in which Anne Cassidy specialises. A number of team members are also qualified in medicine, orthopaedics and anaesthetics, which, along with its panel position for charities such as the Encephalitis Society, the Cauda Equina Syndrome Association and the MASIC Foundation, bolsters the technical knowledge of the team. Practice head Sarah Stanton specialises in catastrophic neurological injury cases, and has previous experience working defendant-side, which enhances the team’s strategic ability.
