Hogan Lovells International LLP

More informationMore information

Hogan Lovells International LLP is a regular fixture on unusual insurance policies and clauses, economic/trade sanctions in the (re)insurance market – an area in which Jamie Rogers excels – and cases in the Lloyd’s market. Global co-chair Nick Atkins has considerable experience in insurance disputes for insurers and insured parties; he leads a team that continues to receive a number of Covid-19 business interruption claims, as well as instructions in the evolving area of climate change and greenhouse gas emissions exclusions. Other individuals of note include Victor Fornasier for PPI claims (where counsel Charlie Shute is also recommended), and Lydia Savill – promoted to partner in January 2023 – for property damage, trade credit, construction, fidelity/crime, D&O and professional liability claims.
