Work highlights
- Instructed by the Jesus Fellowship Survivors Association to assist with the negotiation of the creation of a compensation scheme, which became operational in September 2022, to compensate former children and adults in the care of the client who suffered abuse.
- Secured compensation for around 75 clients who were abused whilst in the care of the London Borough of Lambeth as children, via the Lambeth Children’s Homes Redress Scheme.
- Representing multiple passengers in the same vehicle who were injured when the vehicle they were travelling in collided with a tree at speed.
