Neil Davis specialises in defending professional indemnity claims against professionals, while Tom Filby specialises in corporate civil liability, cyber, and commercial crime and fidelity. Nicolas Oldham leads the construction team in London, while Claire Roake, who is ‘comfortable with the most complex of situations’ specialises in defending claims against financial professionals and lawyers.
