- Acted on a claim against a firm of solicitors arising out of the manner in which they handled our client’s arbitration proceedings in a US $20 million claim against a Chinese company under the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre Administered Arbitration Rules.
- Acted in a claim against firms of solicitors who acted for clients in the intended purchase of properties but which were subject to identity fraud and hence the clients lost the purchase monies/did not acquire title to the property intended to be purchased.
