The ‘technically excellent’ listed funds team at Hogan Lovells International LLP focuses on LSE-listed investment vehicles, advising funds specialising in both infrastructure and renewables, with further expertise assisting banks in transactions concerning listed funds. The team is led by the ’very pragmatic’ Erik Jamieson, who acts for both issuers and underwriters of funds investing in infrastructure, renewables and real estate investment trusts (REITs) in regard to capital raisings, IPOs and mergers.
