Norton Rose Fulbright assists fund managers across the cycle of a fund, supporting fund formations and mergers in addition to advising on regulatory regimes. The firm specialises in advising managers investing in several asset classes, including energy and transport assets, alongside alternatives ranging from debt to insurance. Richard Sheen heads the team, handling fund formation, M&A, and equity capital markets (ECM) transactions.
