Work highlights

Acted as fund counsel to Barings Global Private Loan Fund 4 and Barings Global Private Loan Fund 4(S), together with GPLF4, the GPLF4 Funds, which are together Barings’ fourth private credit fund products in relation to its flagship global private loan platform.
