Acting for asset managers, the funds they manage and investment banks and brokers, he has been involved in numerous London and Euronext listed public fund launches, secondary capital raisings, takeovers, proxy battles, capital reorganisations and reconstructions. He also handles private fund formation work. Nigel has extensive experience of a wide variety of fund structures and asset classes, including real estate, infrastructure, private equity, hedge fund and other investment strategies.
