More informationMore information

The investment funds practice at Linklaters LLP is led by Matthew Keogh, and acts for top sponsor and investor clients on cross-jurisdictional funds, with particular experience of pan-European real estate funds. It continues to see an uptick in the ESG funds space and sustainability issues pertaining to real estate funds, as well as advising on the structuring, formation, taxation and regulation of all types of alternative investment funds. Keogh is experienced in open-ended real estate, private equity, credit and impact funds and is supported by Rahul Manvatkar, who handles transactional and advisory work relating to open- and closed-ended investment funds, both onshore and offshore. Clare Baker is another key practitioner, who is recommended for structuring, marketing and establishment of funds. At the more junior end of the team, Ben Jennings, Julia Vergauwen and Gareth Crimp are especially recommended. Jennings advises on real estate and private equity funds and venture capital, Vergauwen is a key contact for ESG work, and Crimp handles transactional and regulatory matters.
