Led by Bristol’s Tim Simmonds, Osborne Clarke LLP‘s financial institutions group specialises in real estate, secondaries and private equity funds and covers all real estate asset classes. The team is very active in the market and continues to advise domestic and international clients on a strong pipeline of launches and fund raisings, with a focus on impact funds and ESG strategies.
