  • Acting for wife in rare and complex Part III MFPA 1984 case for financial relieffollowing foreign divorce that has attracted significant press interest.
  • Acting for applicant mother in complex High Court proceedings under the ChildAbduction and Custody Act 1985 in which a return order to Romania was sought.
