Work highlights
- Acting for wife in rare and complex Part III MFPA 1984 case for financial relieffollowing foreign divorce that has attracted significant press interest.
- Acting for applicant mother in complex High Court proceedings under the ChildAbduction and Custody Act 1985 in which a return order to Romania was sought.
- Acting in a reported case for wife in case of missing £8m and husband’s forgery of bank statements. This case was reported due to order of adjourning capital claims but also due to HHJ Hess’s desire to highlight growing concern of judiciary of the falsifying of electronic documents in proceedings.
