Work highlights
- Completed the procurement of a multidisciplinary team to support Kadeco’s development of a masterplan for the 55km2 area surrounding Keflavik Airport.
- Assisting the Council with two procurement projects for: (i) a Highways Services Maintenance Contract for an estimated value of up to £1,950,000,000 and (ii) a Professional Services Contract for an estimated value of up to £280m.
- Advised Vattenfall on all aspects of the Bristol City Leap Project, including the acquisition of Bristol Heat Networks Limited by Vattenfall and the agreements to create the long term strategic partnership arrangements.
