Matthew Newing has been a leading figure in the firm’s PFI and PPP sector work, working with consortiums on successful financing bids and funding partnership endeavours, whilst also guiding NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust companies on the repayment of debt financing and procedures to secure new funding packages.
