- Advised Brightfield Trading on the structuring of a €570m syndicated repo facility led by Brightfield for Gunvor Group, focusing on natural gas storage across Europe.
- Advised the National Bank of Greece S.A. on the EUR 450 million financing of a floating storage and regasification terminal off the coast of Alexandroupolis in Northern Greece. The financing includes a EUR 283 million bond loan and a EUR 166 million state grant. It covers the construction of the floating storage and regasification terminal, which will regasify natural gas and transfer it onto Greece and other areas of south-eastern Europe.
