  • Advised Brightfield Trading on the structuring of a €570m syndicated repo facility led by Brightfield for Gunvor Group, focusing on natural gas storage across Europe.
  • Advised the National Bank of Greece S.A. on the EUR 450 million financing of a floating storage and regasification terminal off the coast of Alexandroupolis in Northern Greece. The financing includes a EUR 283 million bond loan and a EUR 166 million state grant. It covers the construction of the floating storage and regasification terminal, which will regasify natural gas and transfer it onto Greece and other areas of south-eastern Europe.
  • Acting for Esso Exploration and Production UK Limited as a co-defendant with Shell U.K. Limited and BP Exploration Operating Company Limited to Commercial Court proceedings brought by Apache North Sea Limited relating to Apache North Sea Limited’s provision of decommissioning security in respect of UKCS Blocks 21/9a, 21/.10a and 22/6a in the North Sea.
