Latham & Watkins‘ large-scale energy and infrastructure practice group is well-experienced throughout the oil and gas sectors, drawing on the firm’s global reach to act on multi-jurisdictional mandates with a particular emphasis on African and Middle Eastern markets. Core pillars of the multidisciplinary practice include M&A, leveraged buy-outs, project finance, litigation, environment and sanctions.
