Work highlights

  • Acted for ITG3 Sa rl, a Luxembourg based subsidiary of ITG (a joint venture between Trafigura and IFM Investors), and its subsidiaries , in relation to its acquisition of a global portfolio of energy infrastructure and storage terminal assets from Puma Energy, a Swiss-based integrated global energy group majority owned by Trafigura.
  • Advised funds managed by Apollo in relation to the sale by New Fortress Energy Inc. (NFE) of 11 liquefied natural gas (LNG) infrastructure vessels to a newly formed venture owned approximately 80% by Apollo funds and 20% by NFE.
  • Represented Origem, a Brazilian energy company operating in the upstream, midstream and power generation segments, in a competitive private M&A process to acquire from New Fortress Energy (NFE) and its joint venture partner Ebrasil Energia Ltda.
