Work highlights

Advised Ørsted, AXA Real Estate Investment Managers S.A and Crédit Agricole Assurances through their joint venture vehicles on the disposal of the Hornsea Two offshore wind farm transmission assets, located in the North Sea off the Yorkshire coast.
Advised the lenders and hedge counterparties on the approx. EUR 220,000,000 partially merchant, corporate PPA backed project financing of the Bjorkliden, Lumivaara and Storbotet onshore wind farms in Finland, with a combined nameplate capacity of 202.5 MW.
Advised Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) on its partnership with Bute Energy (Bute). As part of the transaction, CIP's flagship fund Copenhagen Infrastructure IV K/S will invest in Bute's portfolio of onshore wind farms and solar PV projects, some with co-located battery energy storage systems, under development in Wales, UK.
