Supporting children, students and the parents of children, IBB Law acts on the full range of education related issues and disputes, such as SEN work, school exclusions, complaints and admissions, and issues such as bullying, safeguarding and academic misconduct. The department is headed by litigator Malcolm Underhill, taking over the post from Salima Mawji who joined NBB Law as consultant. Celia Whittuck handles safeguarding matters, as well as discrimination, exclusions, and special educational needs matters, while Priscilla Adu is well-versed in further and higher education issues, focussing on misconduct.
