Head of the London real estate team, Nigel Howorth has notable strength in energy-related matters including power station developments. Adrian Levy is proficient in domestic and cross-border real estate corporate finance transactions, while Angela Kearns, Alis Pay and Mark Payne are geared to handle foreign investment mandates. Ian Painter enjoys a strong reputation in the capital’s development and healthcare markets and Matt Taylor is knowledgeable of landlord and tenant matters. Melissa Jones is entrusted by investors, occupiers and sovereign wealth funds, and Marianne Toghill heads the UK real estate construction team.
