Dentons is active across the alternative asset, build to rent, senior living and student accommodation arenas. The team has also recently received increased instructions from investors in India, Luxembourg, South Korea, and the US investing into the UK. Rob Thompson oversees the department and is proficient in development and finance transactions, in addition to investment mandates. Alex Coulter is knowledgeable of asset management and is active in the logistics, office, and retail sectors. Laura Gowing is a key member of the firm’s hotel and leisure group, while Simon Masri handles disposals, joint ventures, and structured investment acquisitions. Partner John Arey joined the team from Ashurst in July 2022.
