Norton Rose Fulbright demonstrates extensive experience advising a broad spectrum of clients in the construction industry, from project owners and developers to financiers and consultants. Its scope of practice spans contentious matters including early warning strategy, negotiation of commercial issues on live projects, dispute resolution drafting, and enforcement challenges. The co-heads of the team, Donald Warnock and Simon Ramsden, specialise in advising on construction and engineering aspects of major projects and focusing on dispute resolution in various sectors, respectively. Counsel Amy Armitage has industry-wide experience, having acted for contractors, subcontractors, employers, insurers, and funders across Europe, Africa, South America and the Middle East. Associate Sarah Gosling contributes her knowledge of construction and engineering disputes in the energy sector and commercial international arbitration, with particular experience across Asia-Pacific.
