  • Represented Fairview Hotels (Ipswich) Limited in the landmark case handed down by Mr Justice Holgate concerning accommodating asylum seekers in hotels, successfully arguing that the injunctive proceedings put in place to prohibit any asylum seekers staying at the hotel were not justified.
  • Represented Leos UK Holdings Limited in a public inquiry appealing the refusal of planning permission to provide a 29-storey building for 121 residential units and flexible commercial space by the London Borough of Croydon Council.
  • Advised Nofar and Interland on the ‘Cellarhead’ project, Nofar’s entry into the UK renewable energy market, and the UK’s largest planned battery energy storage project, which has an estimated construction cost of £214m and will provide storage capacity of approximately 700 MWh.
