  • Acted for DB Bank UK Limited in relation to the amendment and restatement of a bespoke £150 million credit facility comprised of a £10 million revolving credit facility and £140 million available for property acquisitions, subsequent equity releases and development tranches.
  • Acted for our longstanding client Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A. in relation to the amendment and restatement of a £135 million credit facility that was previously made available to a Gibraltar company that is secured on a portfolio of Japanese artwork and also on a large commercial property.
