  • Advised Wells Fargo in its arrangement and underwriting of a £350m debt facility for abrdn-managed AIPUT (Airport Industrial Property Unit Trust).
  • Acted for Precede Capital Partners on a £227,700,000 facility agreement provided by Precede and Nomura to Downing to finance the development of three towers located in Manchester, constituting 1,790 individual and multifamily units.
