- Acting for Urban Logistics in connection with the extension of its credit line with Aviva.
- Advised joint venture Octopus Real Estate, Schroders and specialist developer Audley in relation to the restatement of the facility agreement financing the development of the Audley Fairmile village, an £80 million scheme which will provide 74 high-quality retirement properties in Cobham, Surrey.
