  • Acted for Hayfield Homes on an increase to its existing facility with OakNorth Bank plc to a total maximum amount of £67m, in order to fund the purchase of an additional site. We acted on the facility increase and the purchase of four sites.
  • Acted for Inland Homes on a £21.6m facility agreement with Homes England and a £1.75m increase to its existing facility agreement with Paragon, to refinance existing indebtedness and provide funding for its Cheshunt Lakeside development.
