Advised Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. and its joint venture partner Outpost Management on the development financing of the construction of College Road Tower, a 49-storey premium residential tower block in Croydon, UK.
Advised JP Morgan, a US multinational investment bank in connection with the £277 million senior and mezzanine development financing of two new residential Build-to-Rent plots in Wembley Park, UK called North East Lands. Quintain is the developer and build-to-rent operator behind Wembley Park. This deal is Quintain’s largest development loan to date, delivering 769 new homes.
