Siobhan specialises in all aspects of property related litigation and dispute resolution. Her clients include commercial and residential property owners and developers. Her expertise includes commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, property related insolvency (i.e. administration, liquidation, CVAs and pre-packs), disputes relating to interpreting and enforcing land contracts, possession claims, beneficial interests in property, leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions, and professional negligence.
