Russell-Cooke LLP‘s property litigation practice is split into two teams, being the property and housing litigation team, and the enfranchisement team. Together, the teams have a strong track record in commercial property litigation for a client base of major market players. This includes in matters concerning telecoms, building safety and real property. Practice head Jason Hunter advises on landlord and tenant law, as well as disputes surrounding party walls, trespass and rights of way. Paul Greatholder regularly handles property litigation for businesses, individuals and charities.
