  • Advising Teeswork Limited in connection with its interests in the former Steelworks site in Teesside stretching to some 2600 acres and which represents one of the largest brownfield development sites in Europe.
  • Advising Immobilien-Investmentgesellschaft on obtaining possession of the premises where their tenant fell into insolvency and a sublicensee claimed security of tenure and relief from forfeiture; an order for possession was obtained, along with judgment for damages and costs of over £2m.
