Led by London’s Jane Haxby and Hannah Kendrick in Leeds, the corporate governance team at Squire Patton Boggs acts for listed and private companies, funds, professional bodies and associations on governance issues, reporting obligations, compliance, boardroom matters and corporate strategy and is seeing an increasing number of mandates pertaining to ESG issues. Managing partner Haxby is a name for governance issues relating to corporate M&A deals and IPOs, while Kendrick deals with governance and regulatory issues and is a member of the Regional Advisory Group of the London Stock Exchange.
