Being from a litigation background, he is able to represent clients at all stages of a dispute, from pre-action advisory and clearance work, to litigation in the High Court and beyond. Kostyantyn has a particular focus on the video games and esports sectors, but his broader client includes other members of the creative industries, brand owners, streamers and content creators, software and engineering companies, importers and distributors.
