- Appointed as exclusive Official Legal Advisers for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. The Brands, Advertising & Designs team advised, and continues to advise, across a host of brand protection and enforcement, licensing and sponsorship issues relating to the games which took place from 27 July until 8 August 2022.
- Acted for Ezee Group International in relation to what would have been the biggest design right case of the year. The designs issues arising from this dispute are crucial for the development of design law and encompass areas such as must fit, technical function and commonplace.
