Harnessing its experience operating for start-ups through to global multinational corporations, the ‘highly responsive, legally astute and commercially savvy’ group at Stobbs IP boasts a uniquely commercial structure and approach that enables them to operate across an extensive breadth of issues, from disputes and domains to anti-counterfeiting and online brand enforcement. Founding partner Julius Stobbs and Chris Sleep spearhead the group: Stobbs deploys his vast expertise to manage a panoply of portfolio, trade mark, and domain issues, Steward is actively involved in a diverse range of disputes for global names, and Sleep is known for his strengths across both disputes and advertising regulations. Former IP head Geoff Steward and Rebecca Newman left to join Addleshaw Goddard in September 2024.
