Morrison Foerster
The technology transactions group at Morrison Foerster brings considerable contentious and non-contentious experience across the key areas of digital regulatory, compliance, finance and corporate matters. The practice also offers expertise in IP licensing, fintech, outsourcing, NFTs and digital farming. Alistair Maughan co-heads the European technology and commercial team and advises on service-based outsourcing transactions, commercial licensing and sales contracts. He now works alongside fellow co-head Charlotte Walker-Osborn, who recently joined from EY Law. Steven James specialises in IP disputes, while Mercedes Samavi and Sana Ashcroft advise on domestic and cross-border commercial matters, including distribution and supply chain logistics agreements.
