Following their tie-up in January 2022, Adamson Jones, part of Gateley Legal is now home to an expanding trade mark attorney group which can draw on support from a network of offices across the UK, including London, the East Midlands, Yorkshire and Wales. The practice offers advice on all aspects of trade marks, including registrability, applications in the UK and overseas, international trade mark portfolio management and oppositions against conflicting trade mark applications, as well as the negotiation of coexistence agreements. Pharmaceutical and medical devices specialist David Gwilliam provides ‘invaluable’ advice to clients, jointly heading the team with John Buckby, who covers all contentious and non-contentious aspects of intellectual property work.
