CMS is thriving under the excellent leadership of Bill Carr. It is best-known for its work on large infrastructure projects, as well as rolling stock procurement and funding. It has considerable expertise in light rail, and remains busy working on some key international rail PPPs. - Advising the senior funders to a Rock Rail and Infracapital investment platform to finance a new electric rolling stock fleet for the Leipzig Central German S-Bahn Network 2025.
