- Advised Gamuda Berhad in connection with an acquisition structure (including the establishment of a Luxembourg joint venture company) of a site at Hampstead along with a co-investor, Astir Living Limited.
- Assisted Edmond de Rothschild with the listing of a Luxembourg law-governed notes issuance programme on the professional segment of the EuroMTF market of the Luxembourg stock exchange and subsequently with its first loan investment in the UK.
