Reflective of the firm’s global overarching fund expertise, Goodwin's Luxembourg office primarily focuses on borrower work, either to help raise capital for the funds themselves or to facilitate investments being made by them. Alexandrine Armstrong-Cerfontaine and Elie-Raphaël Soudry, who joined from Loyens & Loeff in November 2022, co-head the team, and are both well-versed at handling financings throughout the capital structure.
