The asset management sector is at the core of Dentons' financing workflow, both in relation to providing liquidity and capital to funds for their core business, as well as in the context of downstream investment activity. Pure fund finance work remains the core driver, with ‘very efficient’ team head Stéphane Hadet regularly instructed by banks lending to funds utilising a myriad products including NAV, subscription and hybrid facilities. The team also regularly works alongside colleagues throughout Europe (including the CEE region), advising real estate funds and property companies on financings to facilitate property acquisitions. Other work includes securitisations and regulatory advice.
