Although it is still in its formative stages, the 'professional, knowledgeable and personable' team at DLA Piper Luxembourg continues to gain market traction among funds and corporates, in particular, across a range of commercial litigation. Here the team, which is headed by IP and tech expert Olivier Reisch , is well-placed to handle cross-border matters, often working alongside lawyers from across the firm's international network. As part of its growing roster of work, the team has been active for a number of funds seeking to enforce arbitral awards.
