Led by Evelyn Maher, the ‘pragmatic and responsive’ team at BSP handles a wide range of work in the retail and alternative investment space, where it is able to advise clients throughout the deal life cycle, including investment vehicle setup and authorisation, assistance in relation to closings, investment acquisitions, daily management of the fund, and fund termination and liquidation. Isabel Høg-Jensen heads up the Nordic desk and also takes the lead on sustainable finance-related regulatory matters.
