Serge specialises in national and international real estate and construction issues. He advises on all aspects of real estate investment projects, including, among other things, real estate asset acquisitions and disposals (share or asset deals), the choice of vehicle, financing, complex lease negotiations, authorization requirements and environmental aspects.
