Co-headed by Stéphane Ebel and Anne Selbert, Bonn & Schmitt is active across a range of tax structuring work, including in support of private equity-led M&A as well as on standalone advisory matters. Ebel has strengthened the firm's tax controversy practice since joining in 2022 and regularly represents funds and corporates in direct and indirect tax matters, as well as handling administrative tax disputes.
