- Advised IOU Pay (Asia), iSentric, and Datamorph on uncovering the fraudulent transactions made through the Malaysian directors’ abuse of their management positions in the company.
- Successfully represented Big Tree Outdoor in convincing the Federal Court to grant leave to appeal the determination of the novel question of whether pre-judgment interest should be awarded at full rate for losses which were not yet suffered.
- Successfully represented UDA Land where the Federal Court decided in favour of the client, holding that the defence of set-off can be considered by an arbitrator against the sum claimed by the company in liquidation.
