- Acted as solicitors and counsel for JP Morgan (Switzerland) Ltd (JPMS) to challenge the jurisdiction of the Malaysian Court over JPMS in respect of a claim filed by 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) for dishonest assistance in relation to breaches of fiduciary duties by 1MDB's former director and employee.
