Global Africa group head Faye has broad transactional capabilities spanning the energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors, with a strong track record in structuring, financing and developing large-scale projects and handling acquisitions. Roland Ziadé is global co-head of the international arbitration practice and has a depth of experience in OHADA law and procedure, regularly acting in cases involving African companies, states or state entities.
